Refund Policy
Overview
Hooksight (the "Service") is operated by Beecom Inc. (주식회사 비컴, Business Registration Number 571-81-02187). This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for a Hooksight subscription. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Free Tier
The Free tier involves no payment. No refund is applicable.
Pro Plan
14-Day Free Trial
Every Pro subscription begins with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends from the "Manage Subscription" area of your dashboard — if you cancel during the trial, you are charged nothing.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment (the first charge after your free trial ends). This 14-day window also covers the statutory right of withdrawal under the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
After the First 14 Days
- Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable after the 14-day window has passed.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep Pro access until then.
- No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
How Payments and Refunds Are Handled
All payments and refunds for Hooksight are processed by Paddle.com Inc. ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the first-line party responsible for processing your payment, calculating taxes, and issuing refunds. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. Your statement shows charges as PADDLE.NET* HOOKSIGHT.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@hooksight.com with your account email, the payment date, and the reason for your request — or use the customer portal in your Paddle receipt email.
- We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
- Once approved, Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Service Disruption
If the Service experiences a significant, prolonged outage that prevents you from using your paid plan, contact support@hooksight.com. We will review the situation and may issue a credit or refund at our discretion.
